INTRODUCTION

When last we left our ghoulhardy companions

they'd carefully made their way 

into the midst of a pack of feasting ghouls; 

initiative was rolled and combat was about to be engaged. 

Spelunking is SO much fun!

GHOULS - ROUND 1

INITIATIVE ORDER = NAME (ini): 

1.    GHOUL 5 (22):  HOLD his ground and keep chewing 
2. EKUN (18):  misses on first attack with a 1/4 staff, punch to face for 5 
3.    GHAST 7*(17):  HOLD
4.    GHOUL 2 (16):  Moves 20' toward NESDALYNN taking damage 
5. NESDALYNN (12): lightning breath weapon on #2, #5 and #6 
6.    GHOUL 3 (8):  slashes EKUN for 7 slashing 
7. ROWAS (8): casts burning hands
8. YESDI (7): hits #2 and kills it
9.    GHOUL 6 (7):   holds 
10. OLOTUI (7):  casts fairy fire among the back row  
11. EMERY (5):  magic missiles against #3
12.    GHOUL 1 (5):  slashes EKUN for 7 slashing
13.    GHOUL 4 (5):  moves forward 

ROUND 2

1.  GHOUL 5 (22): dashes 40' feet across the spike and dies!!!!
2. EKUN (18): [-7,] swipes  #4 and knocks it prone
3.    GHAST 7*(17):  pushes 6 into the circle 
4.    GHOUL 2 (16):   DEAD
5. NESDALYNN (12):  slashes G4 for 18
6.    GHOUL 3 (8):   DEAD
7. ROWAS (8):  magic missiles @#7 for 10 force damage
8. YESDI (7):  hits #4 for 13 
9.    GHOUL 6 (7):  damages 7 for 6 slashing
10. OLOTUI (7):  @4 finishes off #4  DEAD!!!
11. EMERY (5):   magic missiles @#6 
12.    GHOUL 1 (5) : DEAD  
13.    GHOUL 4 (5): DEAD

ROUND 3

1.  GHOUL 5 - DEAD
2. EKUN (18): [-7,] miss
3.    GHAST 7*(17):  LEAVES THE SCENE, dashing to the North, but ... 
4.    GHOUL 2 (16):  DEAD
5. NESDALYNN (12):  cure wounds on EKUN
6.    GHOUL 3 (8):  DEAD
7. ROWAS (8):  scorching ray x 3 at #7 - flames #7 and kills him!!
8. YESDI (7):  hits #6 for 13 and he falls into the spikes taking yet more damage!! G6= DEAD

SHORT REST 

• The team takes a short rest and we end there.
• Team burns the remains of the corpses of any fallen sailors they find
